Righ click: menu for spelling and language disappears

Hello

I have installed the dictionary for another language and when I right click the menu is there, however if I try to change the language it disappears. If I click again it's gone.

I have tried that if I disable UBlock Origin, the menu comes up, but I am not able to change language anyway. If I refresh, the menu disappears again.

I have tried to change

Inspect element and then spellcheck. Every time i set up as true, it goes back to false
