I have a duplicate Firefox account that I would like to close. I forgot the password for this account, and when I go to https://accounts.firefox.com/reset_password to reset it, I enter my email address for the account I'd like to log into and it fails every time with the message "Primary account email required for reset". The API response includes the error message "Reset password with this email type is not currently supported". My account email address ends in @hey.com. Is this domain not allowed for password resets?
