All of a sudden I can't open any attachments to my email. When I try to open, it sends me to download Firefox. I already have Firefox installed, and still can't open attachments.

What's your computer system and Firefox version?

Make sure that Firefox is your default internet browser.

As a test, select a different internet browser and see if the problem remains.
