locked out of sync because email account password is in sync and the recovery account is in sync too.

I did a hard reset on my android and then installed my firefox. Tried logging in to my firefox sync (inside firefox settings) and it asked for my 6 digit code from my linked account because i am logging in from a new device. Which is not true they should be knowing that this is just the same resetted device.

I know my password, i am logging in from same location from same device yet they are asking for code.

I can login with account.firefox.com but cant with my firefox sync because it needs my email 6 digit code too. Which is not a good thing. I didnt turn any kind of such settings.

This is insane because I have important info in that account like wierd password which no human can remember. Please help.

Firefox Sync is designed to help sync bookmarks and other data across multiple copies of Firefox - it is not designed it intended to be used as an online backup.

But why the email code. Any way i dont have to give the code? Like security questions/support or my phone number?

You would open that email on your other device.
