Problem with email loss in Win 11?

I have 3 different email addresses, 2 for myself and one for my wife. These all us the same mail server with the same settings. I got her a new Win11 laptop and now she is only getting a small percentage of the emails she used to. My 2 addresses still seem to work fine. I used the method of copying the whole Thunderbird folder over when I installed Thunderbird on the new computer. I looked at her email and it looks like she has stored a lot of emails with some sort of graphics in them. This is the only thing different from the other 2 as far as I can tell. She has only two filters with minimal items, one is for sex-related garbage and the other contains only 2 items which don't look like they would redirect much. I checked the folders they redirect to and there is hardly anything there. I have temporarily redirected them to two folders I created so as to check to see if there might be something going on there.

Are there any suggestions for trying to fix this?

Is her email address with Google by any chance with her using POP protocol to download mail?

You copied the profile you shared you say. As google only download mail once using pop, it might be your profile is getting the missing mail.

If it is gmail, go to this link https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/#settings/fwdandpop and ensure that the ALL mail option is selected for POP.

Thanks for this, Matt. We only use Thunderbird. But, the things you mentioned are something I could check on in Thunderbird as well.
