Firefox browser, add on / extensions did not work.
I enjoy Firefox browser, but this morning I found that my add on/ extensions do not work and I found that if I try to add any extension recommended by Firefox I get the message " this cannot be installed the file is corrupt", I don't understand. I have tried a refresh, I have went to the fixes in about.config and no matter this situation doesn't change. please advise. I cant include a screenshot because it will not work.

Hi wtjohnson1,
It is possible that (anti-virus) security software is causing the problem. Try to disable security software temporarily to see if that makes a difference.
