restore my old account( I have had it fr many years)
I have had an account ( [edited] @netzero.com) for many years. Somehow , since i have been ill, and not using my laptop, I lost it and it contains all my address files and phone numbers that I desperately need. Can you help me restore it, I pray? Jim( James R. Nothing can be done if you don't remember the password or the password email reset can't be accessed because the email registered to it is lost or deleted. Firefox has no such backup that would contain your information as mentioned. You need to report the last laptop to the authority to recover it. This is beyond Firefox forum to help with at this point.
