Hi, are you using the built-in "Save to PDF" option under "Destination", or an external printer driver such as "Adobe PDF" or "Microsoft Print to PDF"? If you are using the built-in "Save to PDF" feature, you could try disabling the embedding of links and see whether that makes any difference. Here's how: (1) In a new tab, type or paste '''about:config''' in the address bar and press Enter/Return. Click the button accepting the risk. ''The moderators would like us to remind you that changes made through this back door aren't fully supported and aren't guaranteed to continue working in the future.'' (2) In the search box in the page, type or paste '''save_as_pdf''' and pause while the list is filtered ''Firefox should display two preferences:'' * print.save_as_pdf.internal_destinations.enabled => enables internal links within the PDF * print.save_as_pdf.links.enabled => enables embedding links outside the PDF (3) Try setting both preferences to false (double-click to switch between true and false) Any difference? ---- Oh... and more generally, if you are getting the Mozilla Crash Reporter form, your Firefox may have logged some data that would help track down the cause of the problem. You can submit that data to Mozilla and share it with forum volunteers to see whether it points to the solution.
