My card was charged 2x 28.99 @ 38.98 without my consent or anyone telling me it was going to be so I want it refunded I didn't even use this app . My phone was so messed up nothing would've helped it anyway . If it's not returned I'm going to talk to my lawyer . I am living on 900.00 a month I would have never agreed to paying this amount I can barely buy food let alone pay this so PLEASE RETURN MY MONEY

It sounds like you may have purchased a subscription for Mozilla VPN perhaps based on the price?. You have to actually go through the process of purchasing it whether from https://www.mozilla.org/products/vpn/ or on Google Play store.
