I RECEIVED AN E-MAIL FROM BANK OF AMERICA WITH INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO VISIT THE ONLINE BANKING WEBSITE AND THEY REFERED ME TO http://www.boabank usa.4dq/acc/online html WITH MY ACCOUNT NUMBER AND PASSWORD. REFERING ME TO MOZILLA FIREFOX VPN AND HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET SIGNED IN WITH THEM FOR 5-6 DAYS. CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT I'M DOING WRONG. THEY KEEP ASKING ME FOR PASSCODES ON JUST ABOUT EVERY THING I DO? THANK YOU AND PLEASE LET ME HEAR FROM YOU.

That address looks very suspicious. I suggest NOT using that link and instead using the actual B of A site. And if you put your login into an unknown site, it's an emergency: CALL THE BANK IMMEDIATELY and make sure your account is secure.
Some sites will reject VPN users because they want to know where their users are actually connecting from. You can test that, too.
