By accident I deleted what I thought was a duplicate email account from my Thunderbird emails. I lost the whole account instead of just cleaning up the extra one the other one was deleted and it is a main email account for me and the inbox had emails I need.

BUT, if it is an IMAP account, it's all still on the server. Just set it up again. If it was a POP account, remnants of the account are still on the server, depending on what settings you had specified, but any retrieved messages from the POP account would be gone.
