If I receive an email where there is no "To:" recipient, an "Cc:" and several people in "Bcc:" (of which I am one), there is no "Reply All" button available in the header bar. It is still possible to reply to all by right-clicking the email in the inbox, or using CTRL-SHIFT-R, but I was wondering what causes it and how it can be fixed.

I have seen a couple of similar questions where it is recommended to go to "Customize" under the header's "More" menu, but this does not contain an option of adding "Reply All" for me (and also, I cannot get to the "Customize" option by right-clicking on the header).

Note 1: This only applies to the above situation. If there is a "To:" recipient, the "Reply All" is always there.

Note 2: This is not consistent behaviour. If I send an email with one of my addresses in Cc and three others in Bcc, some will have the "Reply All" button visible while others not. Makes me want to scratch my brain.

Any thoughts?

Not sure what you mean. Are you saying that you'd expect to be able to reply to all, including the addresses in Bcc? Because you sure cannot do that…

The reason you can reply to all in some cases but not others could be that if the only other visible address is the same as the sender, then there is only 1 address to reply to…
