The fact you went back "Reinstalled" the OS means if you didn't back any Firefox data or profile or Logins there nothing anyone can do to help and when you synced to the sync server since this was a new sync everything that would've been there is now wiped clean. Also Sync isn't a backup system it sync between device sync serve to another device it's not a backup.
