Firefox will not open

Everytime I click the firefox link, it doesn't even pop up with a screen. And i uninstalled it and then reinstalled it but it is isn't working.

This happened

Probably is running in the background.

Press ctrl + alt + spr

The process administrator will open. In the processes tab, chose firefox.exe, right click, and click on end process.

Try opening Firefox again.
