when I right-click a link in order to "save"(download) an mp3 audio file or video file (from our religious website), the file starts to download, then gets stopped (cut off) after only @1mb has downloaded! This never happened previously, and when I use Microsoft IE to download the same exact files I have NO problems! I have dial-up internet connection, and a PC. Thanks for your help.

I suggest looking through this article What to do if you can't download or save files article and going through the steps to see if that helps. Let us know if that doesn't work and we'll try another solution!
