facebook scripts not working on one pc user, but working on others

i'm having issues with facebook, with what seems like the scripts trying to load, in various parts of the website. the strange thing is, when i open facebook as one of my other users, on my pc, the problems aren't there. i tried opening firefox in safe mode, which turns off extensions, addons, and plugins, and i'll still have the problem.

i also want to add, if i use IE tab plus to view it as internet explorer, i still have the problem, but if i actually open IE on its own, then that same problem seems to not be there, or less problems...
