My problem is very similar, except that the stream doesn't even start. I only see the little circle going round and round. The problem only occurs with live streams, pages such as youtube are uneffected. I have the feeling, that the problem started as soon as I upgraded to either 3.6.4 or 3.6.6. My operating System is Windows XP Home. I have tried updating all my plugins and add-ons, but nothing changed. Virus scans are negative, and also my roommate has the same problem.
