My bookmarks disappeared in late June. None of the responses have helped. I even deleted SPyware Doctor which supposedly is causing problems with Firefox and even that did not help. What do I do now?
In lat June my bookmarks completely disappeared. I have tried everything that has been suggested by Mozilla help, and nothing has worked. I even deleted completely Spyware Doctor which Mozilla states is causing issues with bookmarks- even uninstalling Spyware Doctor has not worked. What do I do now? When I tried to reinstall saved bookmarks I still get the "unable to process" popup window. What is gooing on here?

I already tried these two articles before I uninstalled Spyware doctor. I even uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox and IT DOES NOT WORK!!!!!! MY BOOKMARKS ARE STILL MISSING AND THE BACKUPS ARE UNABLE TO BE UPLOADED!!!!!! Does anyone understand English or the problems I am having? This is ridiculous- you keep referring me to the SAME articles, whose solutions don't work!
