You can delete items in Scrapbook in the Manage window. Details on using the add-on can be found on the add-on's home page - http://amb.vis.ne.jp/mozilla/scrapbook/?lang=en

Click Scrapbook. Then scroll down to show in sidebar. Click on that and a window should pop up in the left side of your screen. From here you can edit/delete items in your scrapbook:)
