I am unable to download and use firefox without interferance from a site , ironport

All sites I try to navigate to have the ironport address automatically added to the front of the address. Ironport asks for a password and I am then locked out as I do not have one. Examples: http://ironport/B0001D0000N0001/http://input.mozilla.com/sad

Did you check the connection settings?

You can find the connection settings in "Tools > Options > Advanced : Network : Connection"

Open Firefox: Type “about:config” in the address bar (without quotation marks) and press enter. Then, click “I’ll be careful, I promise”.

In the filter field toward the top paste in the following: network.automatic-ntlm-auth.trusted-uris Click in the “Value” field and add the following: ironport1,ironport2 or whatever your ironport servers names are.

Close the Browser and reopen
