3.6.12 only prints background image on HP1018, no foreground text.
When printing any web page on my HP LaserJet 1018 FireFox only prints the background graphics, no foreground text. The page prints correctly via IE.

See if this solves that problem.
Type about:config in the URL bar and hit Enter.
If you see the warning, you can confirm that you want to access that page.
Pref = print.printer_HP_LaserJet_1018.print_margin_
Right-click and reset each of those 4 preferences. Then restart Firefox.
The values are all out of whack for those prefs. The Canon printer has proper looking values for those prefs, by way of comparison.
Resetting the HP_LaserJet_1018.print_margin... resolved the problem. Any idea how they might have gotten corrupted? Thank You.
