Firefox crashes after loading the first page

I just downloaded firefox and it worked for about 5 minutes before it crashed. I believe facebook was the main culprit, and after loading a facebook page it would not respond. Now it includes all pages. I load a page (not including google i think) and it doesnt respond.

I had a similar issue and what fixed it for me (so far) is starting in Safe Mode and when it gives you the check marks, check all of them and then restart. Have to reset everything from Safe Mode. Hope this helps you if you have not yet found a solution.
