I want Firefox to remember my username but not my password. What setttings should I use?
In the previous versions of Firefox when I began to enter my username, it would automatically complete the name or show a box with previously used usernames from which I could select the one I wanted to use. I can no longer do this?? This was a feature I used regularly since usernames are sometimes long.
I can get Firefox to remember usernames AND passwords, but not usernames alone. I do not want my passwords remembered.

Firefox should be saving Usernames alone as part of Form History, make sure you aren't clearing Form & Search History automatically when closing Firefox, or aren't clearing it manually.
Tools > Clear Recent History

Thank you very much. I unchecked the Form & Search History Box in Tools>Clear Recent History.
