in the older version of firefox, you were prompted when you were closing multiple tabs. but you were also given the option of saving the current setup so that when you reopened firefox, this current setup would reopen also. how do i make this happen with firefox 4.0?since i updated to firefox 4.0, there is no obtion given to save my current setup.

Firefox 4 will always save your current tabs on shutdown now.

You can change Firefox preferences so that you also get the option to save the current tabs when quiting:

  1. Type about:config into the location bar and press enter
  2. Accept the warning message about being careful and you will see a list of settings.
  3. Type browser.showQuitWarning into the Filter box at the top.
  4. If its value is false, double-click on it to change it to true.
