G'Day; Installed FF4 but where is the bookmarks manager and if it is no longer then how do we backup our bookmarks. ??

It's still there. It's now called 'Show All Bookmarks".

The show all bookmarks does show my bookmark folders but not the individual bookmarks i want to put in those folders. how do I see them?
After you click on Show All Bookmarks, click on the Bookmarks Menu which is showing in both the right and left side panels. Click on either side. This would bring up all of your bookmarks.
