no summary when hovering over links and videos. its just a blank bubble what can I do?

It happened after I downloaded the firefox 3. something. Usually when you hover over a link or video it gives a description but for me its just a small blank bubble. very annoying please help

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
