Installed Firefox 4 today; shut down; restarted; 1) DNT option isn't on the Tools Options General Advanced menu or on the Tools Options Advanced menu. 2) The option to disallow 3rd-party cookies isn't available in the Tools Options Privacy menu either.

You may have an extension that is hiding those entries.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
