Подробнее

Whenever I try to open a window, a dialog box pops up that says 'cid_unsupported', then when I click OK, it will allow the window to come up, but then I start getting 'script nonrersponsive' dialog boxes.

This has been happening since I tried 4.0, didn't like it, & went back to 3.6.16. It's VERY annoying to keep losing my research material! It started when we tried 4.0. didn't like it, uninstalled, & went back to 3.6.16. I’m a power user, usually w/2-5 windows, each w/50+ tabs, & earlier ver’s had NO probs keeping up w/me! The 2.x's--early 3.x's were best. I don't know what else to add, unless you nd screen shots.

Thanks for your help!

This issue can be caused by an extension that isn't working properly.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
