Try to disable any Add-Ons that might have conflicted with the update. In the past my Safe-search addon would cause google to crash after an update. To quickly check if an Add-On is the cause, start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode and navigate to the crashing site and see if it will work then. If that is is the case, disable your Add-Ons one by one to see which is conflicting.
