some web sites are scrambled, wrong color, listed like an outline, no photos, print over print and did not have this problem until the new version was loaded!
When I go out to previous web sites that I have been before the pages come out scrambled, colors are off, with some appearing like an outline and some do not bring up pictures that I normally seen before. I tried the various steps including turning off Windows Firewall but that had no effect. I rebooted the computer and that did not eliminate the problem. Google search sometimes comes out the same way but Bing does not and I never had Bing on my computer before. Any help is greatly appreciated and I went through the various steps on the trouble shooting pages and had no success. Thank you.

Make sure that you allow pages to choose their colors and that you haven't enabled High Contrast in the Windows Accessibility settings.
If you have increased the minimum font size then try the default setting "none" as a high value can cause issues like you described.
- Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Advanced > Minimum Font Size (none)
- Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Advanced > [X] "Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of my selections above"
