Roboform 7 will not attach to popups (Bank login) in Firefox 6 but works in IE9.

My current PC is 2 Weeks old,the system is... 64bit Win7, Intel I7, 8gb DDR3 RAM with Zone Alarm Security Suite + No Script addon. Previously, I ran Vista SP1 on a core duo 2.66, 4gb DDR2 RAM with the same software. I had the same problem with 1 user but user 2. User 1 had far more addons so I disabled them but it didn't solve the problem. I've checked all available settings in FF6, ZA & No Script and have run out of clues. If I can't resolve this issue, I may have to ditch the best browser and revert to the substandard MS rubbish IE9

I'm running Roboform 7.4.2. All my software is current because I use notifications to keep me informed and up to date. All my software is legal and paid. I've been using computers since pre PC days back in 1974 and have a diploma in programming & I'm still stumped. There just has to be a setting I can't find or a hidden conflict. I've got to say that FF6 is proving itself to be somewhat recalcitrant.
