the top two inches of my firefox screen seem non responsive i.e. unable to click on links or grab the scroll bar on the right hand side of the screen if it is within the top two inches below the tool bar

It seems that for whatever reason, I am unable to click on any links, pictures, or anything really within the top two inches of my internet browser screen, it seems like a "dead zone of sorts. the tool bar is fine, and from about two inches down on the screen everything is responsive.
