How do I remove Firefox?
I have used Control Panel to remove Firefox, but its icon remains. How do I remove all traces of Firefox?

If you go to Programs and Features Firefox is still listed? What happens if you click Uninstall? Does it go through an uninstall process? Is it still listed after that?

1) Why do you want to remove Firefox (just curious as a fellow user)?
2) Where is the icon? You may just need to right click on the icon and click delete - IIRC Firefox only deletes shortcuts it creates
I am using Chrome and Firefox is interfering with some of my applications. I have the icon in several places. It is on my desktop, taskbar, and on my control panel. The browser still works as well, so I know it hasn't been removed in spite of the message I get when I tell control panel to remove it.
