My recent history isn't available
I am using FireFox 8.0 on Win7P x64. Everything works perfectly except that I don't get any recently typed URL's or history showing in the address bar when I wish to navigate to a site that I was on previously.
What settings do I need to modify to correct this problem?

Do you have your history , check in the Library ("Ctrl+Shift+H") and sort by date.
Everything works perfectly except (seems in conflict with no history).
If it is just typed urls that is missing, see

Make sure that the Location Bar is not set to "Nothing":
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > Location Bar: When using the location bar, suggest: History, Bookmarks, History and Bookmarks
A possible cause is a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.
