my select boxes are missing in yahoo mail, cannot use without.

To the left of yahoo emails is usually a "select box", not only has two or three little dots. Useless. Tried to go back to previous or any other version of Yahoo Mail, Yahoo Mail Classic, "Old version", New Version. Pop up requires turning on Javascript, system says it is on but request continues. Have read every unrelated line in Yahoo Help, and continue to return to the version I described above.
