Blocking popups from all websites from a specific search engine.
I use a specific search engine for adult material but 99% of the sites have pop-ups (no pun intended) and I want to block all pop-up ads from any website I visit from being redirected from that website...

Sounds like Malware on your PC causing those re-directs.
Install, update, and run these programs in this order. They are listed in order of efficacy.
(Not all programs detect the same Malware, so you may need to run them all to solve your problem.)
These programs are all free for personal use, but some have limited functionality in the "free mode" - but those are features you really don't need to find and remove the problem that you have.
Note: If your Malware infection is bad enough and you are mis-directed to URL's other than what is posted, you may have to use a different PC to download these programs and use a USB stick to transfer them to the afflicted PC.

No no no, no malware is on my computer. That website finds dirty websites that I purposely open and it pops-up ads on every single website either by visiting it or clicking on something the first time. Like the play button.
Sorry, I don't buy that no no no no Malware statement, until you run at least the first two programs I mentioned, IMO, you really can't be certain that you don't have any Malware in that PC unless you are running Super Antispyware full time.
But, if you don't believe me enough to spend an hour or so running those programs, you may have to live with that problem.
I spend way too much time on "adult" websites with Firefox 2.0 (with NoScript installed)and don't have any problems like that, except when I manage to pick up some Malware. Hasn't happened more than once every couple of years, but as soon as I realize there's a problem I scan for Malware and then run a deep AV scan, too.
I have microsoft security essentials. Which takes care of spyware. There is no problem, just pop ups when I visit the websites.
