On my Yahoo Mail, Mozilla Firefox, cannot get rid of the message on top of my Yahoo re plugins...HELP!!!
I did the plugins and the message did not go away. Still on my top of Yahoo and left side to right side. The "x" says close, and it opens again. I so need to get this deleted. Yahoo told me, after 6 or more emails from me & them, to definitely write to you to help this.

Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed the maximum file size (1 MB).
