Moz-proxy error

I recently installed Firefox to a new computer. Ever since installed I get the following error.

The proxy moz-proxy://172.30.10.2:3128 is requesting a username and password. The site says: "moz-proxy://172.30.10.2:3128"

I'm using the system proxy settings which I need to connect to the internet since I am at work. I hit cancel but it comes back especially but not exclusively on Facebook.

Thanks..... tried the last two (same) and it didn't help. In the first one, I know where to add exceptions in my system setup but what do I add? 172.30.10.2:3128 ??? Thanks, Jimi
