Why can't I download something from Mozilla that removes Babylon. I've tried a number of the fixes listed on this site and none of them work.

this worked for a number of afflicted users:
- Type "about:config" into the address bar, then press Enter.
- Accept the Warning
- In the Search bar on this page, Search for "browser.newtab.url" (without
quotes).
- Right click it, and click "reset"
- Restart Firefox.

This did not work browser.newtab.url is already set to "default"
Do the following: Click your start button, go to control Panel, go to uninstall a program, and remove babylon, browser protection, anything that looks suspicious.
Open up Firefox, type about:addons into the address bar, press Enter. go to Extensions. Remove Anything related to Babylon or that you don't know what it is.
Run https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/searchreset/
