Have you tried to "Reset Firefox"?

Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings

This action will remove the majority of the things that cause problems to Firefox (including extensions) without removing important data for you like Bookmarks.

Try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

• Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"

Thanks for trying to help, but I can't even open the program as it crashes. Consequently, I can't then click on help or tools etc!

Any more ideas?

Can you start Firefox in Safe mode?

You can use one of these to start Firefox in Safe mode:

• On Windows, hold down the Shift key while starting Firefox with a double-click on the Firefox desktop shortcut
• On Mac, hold down the Options key while starting Firefox
• Help > Restart with Add-ons Disabled

No, I cant even start it in safe mode! I just get this message (see image)... I also told Mozilla about the crash so they could fix it, but they haven't!
