When on firefox my HP 4500 wireless is suddenly printing blank pages or a small portion of the print job.

i have an HP 4500 wireless printer. It was always printing fine but now prints blank pages or a small part of the page on Firefox. I can print on explorer. I have tried the HP troubleshooting. The windows tester does not see a problem. I have done the updates for Windows. What next?
