crash not submitting
I try to submit the crash report and it's not going through. I uninstall the mozilla and redownload them again a few times and still not working. I need the mozilla back. The crash report still showing after it try to submit.

Make sure that your security software isn't blocking the crash reporter from sending the error report.
I turned off the firewall settings in my security software and still doesn't work. I need help...
Try to delete the Crash Reports folder.

You can also check these registry keys to see if SubmitCrashReport (DWORD) has value = 1

- HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Mozilla\Firefox\Crash Reporter\SubmitCrashReport: DWORD
