I'm getting an error message everytime I open Firefox and have a screenshot but don't know how to post it
I have a screenshot but don't know how or where to post it.

You can't attach a screenshot to the first post that starts a thread, but you can do that in subsequent replies.
Hello CsamIam1, do a reply to your question and then attach the screenshot file by clicking the Browse... button below the Post your reply box.

Here is screenshot of the persistent error message. This started after the last automatic Firefox update.
hello try to use Firefox > Quit to close Firefox, don't close it from [X] on the title bar, and check it again.

On Mac you close the Firefox application via File > Quit Firefox.
If you have submitted crash reports then please post the IDs of one or more crash reports that have this format:
- bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx
You can find the IDs of the submitted crash reports on the about:crashes page.
- You can open the about:crashes page via the location bar, like you open a website.

Try to create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

If the new profile works then you can transfer some files from an existing profile to the new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files.
