"Server operators are unable to disclose information, because they can't read it. "

1 Does this indicate ONLY the user has decryption keys?

2 for contrast: under subpoena can mozilla decrypt information stored on the sync server?

1 = Yes
- edit - but anyone with access to a device connected to the Sync account also can access the key. The key is stored within Firefox data files.
