I am on a mac trying to download ff install to a flashdrive for a friend with windows - his browser is inop, so he needs to install ff to access the net.

friends wireless internet connection is OK but after updating explorer to 8 his browser went dead. Now he has a good wireless connection but no browser to act as interface. If I could download firefox install program to a flash drive and copy to his workstation the problem would be solved.

My problem is; Mozilla download page sees my mac and only allows me to download a mac version. A choice before downloading a version might be nice. How can he access the net without a browser.
