We use Firefox 6.02 & Flash 11.2. When we upload a file as an attachment to another Cloud based app, it said Error occurred while uploading file. Error #2038.
Our company use Workday as the ERP solution. Due to the latest browser requirement from Workday, we switch to Firefox. However, when we try to upload a file as an attachment into Workday, this error message said "Eror occurred while uploading file. Error #2038.message appears". This feature works fine when using IE v9. Any suggestion will be helpful. Thanks.

Why don't you actually use the Extended support software, Firefox 17 and Flash 11.7? these are the extended support releases for this software
