Should I run Microsoft Esseential, Malwarebytes, Vipre Internet Security at the same time?
Would this cause the browser to be unresponsive? I also get a pop-up to stop script.

Never heard of Vipre so I would remove that, Id guess MSE and malwarebytes is all you need. Also see Warning Unresponsive script - What it means and how to fix it.
