Is there a program that can show what programs are accessing my DSL and how much bandwidth it is using?
Looking for an add-on that shows what programs are sending/receiving to the internet -- gives me control over what programs gain internet access in real time.

Add-ons are contained in Firefox; they don't have any access to programs running on your computer. The following add-ons can monitor your bandwidth usage in Firefox.
