Outlook contact page is blank

In FF 27.0.1 on OS 10.8.5, I cannot open the Contacts page of the new Outlook. It is blank.

I found the problem to be a plug-in. It does not happen in Safe mode and Outlook contacts opens normally. The offending add-on is Wondershare Video Player 1.6.0 browser extension. If I disable that, then Outlook opens the contacts page normally. Wondershare support tell me now that they have no solution to this problem but is has been recorded and a ticket opened to be fixed in a later update. So bottom line, there is no fix if you are using Wondershare Video Player 1.6.0 browser extension except to disable it.
