FF recently updated. Cannot change screen resol b/c box magnified and cannot apply new resol. Cannot access mail b/c of screen resol.
FF recently updated. I had someone work on my computer. Now everything is magnified and I want to undo magnification of all items that are magnified. I've searched support without success. When I try to open mail it says the screen resolution does not meet standard. However, when I try to change resolution, the dialog box is so large that I cannot access the apply button. I cannot access mail at all - before update I could. Right now all of my screen images are magnified. Please help, this very frustrating. With no direct access to live support, I'm losing it.!

- Check your Windows font size.
- Check your screen resolution.
- In Firefox, hold down the Ctrl key and press 0 (that's zero, not the letter O) to reset the zoom level, or hold down Ctrl and press - (minus sign) to zoom out.
